I just got ripped off!

I sent in my $89 for a Recall Letter and never heard back from them! I got a note the next day from a 'Jolene O'Neill' asking for more information on my vehicle, and that was the last of it. Repeated attempts to contact them went unanswered. Unfortunately I checked the 'scam' site a little too late. I sent in my $89 for a Recall Letter and never heard back from them! SCAMMED by RecallLetters.com

This site is a complete scam. I just imported a Honda Odyssey and needed a recall letter to register it. I went on RecallLetters.com, I called the number and it says OUT OF SERVICE. I emailed the contact email in the FAQ section, it BOUNCED BACK. THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS ON THE WEBSITE IS THE CREDIT CARD FORM. I later found out that the recall letter is ACTUALLY FREE from the local Honda Dealership. This site is a COMPLETE SCAM. There is NO LEGITIMATE BUSINESS OR OFFICE, THEY ARE JUST TAKING YOUR MONEY AND YOU HAVE NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM!. STAY AWAY.

These type of company's seem to be coming up more and more. I just brought in a car and made sure I went through the manufacturer. I read some pretty bad reviews about recallletters.com and i didn't want to risk it

Is the company name just RecallLetters ? I can't seem to find an actual legal company name.
